Account Manager in Malta
Proactively work with the client base with the objective to increase the revenues generated through the use of the gaming solutions, and ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
You will be the customer’s contact, responsible for proactively helping them to grow their business volumes.
The Account Manager will build and maintain a broad contact base in each account, and ensure that a mutual beneficial business relationship is achieved. This will involve frequent business trips.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as an Account Manager either from the e-commerce world IT/telecom experience or equivalent and an ability to understand technology on an aggregated level
Proven experience in the gaming/gambling sectors is a plus
Proven experience in the e-tail / dot.com account management sector is a clear benefit
Affinity with e-commerce and technology as proprietary systems knowledge
Strong customer facing experience
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workloads
International business experience
Has a solid commercial background
Is a driven and self motivated individual
Is structured and organized
Fluency in spoken and written business English is a must.
Fluency in Italian is a plus.
