Handling of the day-to-day incoming invoices
Handling of VAT return and other tax related returns, corporate and employee related
Handling of the closing process of the Romanian company
Reporting of deliverables according to Romanian Law
Processing outgoing payments, which should be finally approved by the CFO
Liaison with the CFO of the Evolution Malta Holding Group

Payroll (assisting HR):
Calculation and payout of salaries for the employees.
Calculation of employees related taxes and tax return which are according to Romanian Law
Handling of expense reports and other employee related allowances
Reporting of deliverables according to Romanian Law
Manage, supervise, motivate and build team spirit
Analyse employee data when needed
Manage employee expectations and requests if needed.
Be available to have meetings with the team when and if needed.


3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Higher education in the field of accountancy and/or payroll.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to make managerial decisions requiring independent judgment and to identify as well as refer other issues through the appropriate channels
Ability to communicate clearly with the team
Communicate to establish cooperative linkages among staff, help resolve inter- departmental issues
Multi-tasking and with excellent problem solving skills
Approachable, proactive and energetic attitude
