Administration officer

A client of ours, a leading Management firm in Malta is seeking to recruit an Administration Officer to expand its operations.

Main responsibilities:

Liaising with various educational institutions;
Correspond with NCFHE and other Governmental entities for delivery of courses and surveys amongst others;
Filing and keeping a track of students both in files and on databases and spreadsheets;
Answering phone calls and directing issues to the right departments.
Requirements:

An A-level standard of education;
Good eye for detail;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite;
Previous experience will be considered as an asset.
