Administrative Assistant – Malta

Duties include:


·         Inbound and outbound calling

·         General administrative duties

·         Filing

·         Emails

·         Updating of the website

·         Greeting of clients

·         Scheduling of appointments

·         Monthly reports


Candidate requirements:


·         1 year experience in a similar role

·         A willingness to learn and adapt to whatever the job requires

·         An open minded driven individual

·         Fluent in Maltese and English

·         A’level in Accounts will be considered an asset
