Affiliate Manager in Bucharest

Key Responsibilities:
Drive targeted traffic to casino, bingo and other clients websites through the affiliate marketing channel
Actively hunt & recruit new affiliates to the programme
Manage, retain and maximise the acquisition potential of existing affiliates
Increase existing portfolio with new performing campaigns on a monthly basis in accordance with target, budget and profit margin set
Manage campaign performance against deliverables to ensure that optimal results are achieved on each campaign in line with strategic objectives
Plan, execute, optimise and report on media campaigns and affiliate performance
Formulate basic marketing content, reviews and concept for campaigns and affiliates
Use existing marketing tool available to drive acquisition
Create and implement online advertising campaigns
Complete weekly and monthly reporting
Provide a high standard and efficient service to our clients
Provide regular competitor and market analysis
Travel to meet affiliates and attend conferences relating to affiliate or online gambling industry
Work according to strategy set up and budget defined in order to achieve set targets.
Analyse profitability of campaign
Education & Experience:
University degree – sales or marketing related
Experience of recruiting and managing affiliates in an affiliate programme ideally in the gaming industry
Sales/Negotiation experience of minimum 2 years
English speaking, excellent written and reading skills
Additional languages advantageous (fluent, writing and reading)
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic HTML knowledge is preferred
Industry knowledge is advantageous
