Who are we looking for?
Being an Ambassador means being part of a tight-knit support team, working close together with your colleagues. You will provide assistance, advice and life hacks and enjoy general small talk with our players through chat and email, as well as monitor social media and gaming forums.
We offer a flexible environment, where you will not only handle our precious players, but you might also find yourself writing content, doing translations, helping out with campaigns, assisting an affiliate or anything else that might interest you and help you grow in our organization. We are incredibly passionate about wanting people to grow, and so, therefore, this is an excellent way to find your calling in the gaming industry, all the while having a kick ass time helping our players.
Who Are you?
Someone who can charm other people, creative and a bit quirky and with incredible people skills. We want you to be autonomous and get stuff done and to be highly self-motivated. You should be a positive thinker and have a genuine interest in service and iGaming, with brilliant interpersonal and communications skills. We speak a lot of Swedish, Finnish, German and Norwegian around here and would need you to speak at least one of these languages, as well as being fluent in English and ideally someone who has iGaming experience or solid Callcenter experience.
– Written and efficient communication with the players in either Languages – English
– Willing to work shifts;
– Having an outstanding quirky personality;
– Be prepared to take on additional ad hoc responsibility such as social media, writing content, etc.
