Business Development Manager

Our client, one of the leading international Marketing Software providers are looking for a Technical Project Manager to expand operations in their sector.

Main responsibilities:

– Proactive Sales of Tier 1 & 2 clients
– Ownership of marketing collateral including white papers and case studies
– Managing conferences and exhibitions including speaking at conferences and developing thought leadership
– PR, Industry Media and Advertising management
– Industry and Competitor analysis
– Handling legal matters in relation to contracts
– Ownership of product pricing model
– Forecasting & budgeting
– P&L
– Engaging back office and gaming software providers for integrations
– Engaging and managing channel relationships
– Creating a comprehensive strategy for managing partner revenues

– Management of new sales opportunities
– Management of all ongoing opportunities for existing client accounts.
– To research and build knowledge of the relevant industries through all available mediums ensuring understanding of clients and their products, services and competitors
– Bringing feedback into the development process
– Developing and launching new products whilst enhancing existing client relationships
– Streamlining processes in order to accelerate revenue generation
– Assisting other teams with client focused strategy – retention etc.
– Understanding key business objectives and aligning activities accordingly
– Assisting in strategic direction of the product/service and business in general
– Managing direct reports within the Business Development Team

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of direct work experience in growing existing client accounts, sales and marketing.
Strong commercial background.
Extensive client development experience
A degree preferably in finance, marketing or business management
Strong client relationship management and development aptitude
Networking, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, deep understanding of Marketing Principles
Good business sense and communication skills
Strong analytical, organisational and leadership skills
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing company
