To identify market needs in order to drive product actions, promotions and campaigns.
To measure and feedback Business segment results monthly against pre-agreed KPIs and targets.
To acquire feedback from the sales team for initiating the required marketing actions.
To optimally utilize available marketing resources and competitiveness in supporting company’s positioning.
To deeply understand and monitor key competitors, their offering and positioning.
To maintain, develop and launch a portfolio of telecommunication solutions for the Maltese business segment.
To provide deep decision-supporting insight on market requirements by examining customer behavior and customer analytics.
To produce the required collateral material for marketing/product operations and sales support.
To transfer the required product and market knowledge to the sales organization.
To build collaborative affiliations with technical and operational functions aiming to efficiently deliver results.
To continuously be up-to-date with relevant product and market knowledge on respective local and international trends and developments.
To guide and guarantee that the company’s product development process is in line with the product objectives.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Economics, Statistics, Maths, Business and Computing
Advanced usage of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Commercial acumen and capability of in-depth numerical analysis
Dynamic, result-oriented individual with a can-do attitude
Good communicator and good interpersonal skills
