Casino Manager in Malta
My client, an established iGaming operator with offices in Malta, is looking for a Casino Manager to join their team.
Responsible for devising a strategy for the company’s online games in the short, medium and long term.
Keep up to date with the market and industry knowledge.
Building and maintaining relationships with all third party suppliers.
Ensure execution and quality across-the-board in terms of site experience and customer journeys are effective and constantly improved upon on all.
Own the monthly and quarterly product communication plan and ensure impeccable planning and end to end.
Reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Communicate product rollout to key departments within the business – Customer services, affiliates, VIP team and marketing department.
Need to be knowledgeable and stay up to date with all relevant regulations and ensure that our games offering and relationship with the supplier stays compliant.
Must be tech Savvy and Data driven.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
3-years+ experience of the online gaming industry.
Detail-orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills.
