Their goal is to deliver cutting-edge software and solutions of online gambling platforms. Our client is growing and expanding and they are now looking for a highly motivated and passionate professional to power their customer service team of highly skilled, multinational and friendly specialists.

Responsibilities:

– Provide front line support for our company customers, including during night shifts
– Be responsible for delivery of the best-in-class customer service over the email, live chat or phone
– Maintain high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction
– Assist the country manager in various customer service related tasks
– Be a team player, and grow with the company

Your skills and experience:

– Native Language Level of Chinese language and very good command of English
– Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, able to deliver information to our clients in an empathetic and concise manner
– Previous experience in the online gambling field or in customer service field would be beneficial
– Good computer literacy skills, especially in web-based applications
– Customer service focused and results oriented personality
– Self-motivation, proactivity and ability to learn quickly and work unsupervised
– Eligible to work in EU
