Organisation Description

Our client, an e-learning company with customers in the UK and Europe, is presently seeking motivated individuals to join the Global Client Services Team. In this role you will be solving and problems and building client relationships. This requires a mix of superior English language skills, time management skills, and immense attention to detail.


Job Description

-Provides customer service to our corporate clients in a web-based environment.

-Being involved setting up client portals, uploading their users, assigning them training, and dealing with user queries.

-It involves a lot of communication with client managers – much of it via email, but some via phone too. There is no face-to-face contact with clients.
Person Specification

-A high level of proficiency in written and verbal English
-A good understanding of desktop and web software
-A clear, concise and friendly telephone manner
-Dedicated and motivated to delivering a high level of customer service
-Ability solve problems and build client relationships
-Experience of working in B2B customer/tech support in a remote/online operation
-Motivation – self starter who shows initiative and won’t sit back and wait for    work to come
-Quick learning and problem solving ability
-Diligent – careful, attention to detail and zero tolerance of errors
-Experience with Excel/database (applying filters, cleaning data) and any CRM (eg Salesforce) would be a plus.
