Commercial Manager in Malta
Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to grow their business in Malta.
You will support the strategy for achieving revenue growth with existing customers in Malta across all their markets, establishing and implementing suitable business plans which will include your recommendations for commercial incentives, promotional campaigns and effective methods to upsell the companies content to local operators.
You will develop long-term relationships with key personnel at all levels within our customer base, overseeing the development and management of our strategy.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of strategy for the revenue growth of all clients in Malta
· Assist with building and executing a 12 month business plan for the Region.
· Understand market dynamics and emerging regulations to recommend product and sales strategy
· Conduct detailed analysis of business trends for each operator to include: share of wallet, market analysis, pricing recommendations, incentive plans, promotional plans, technical issues, solutions and opportunities ;
· Formulate and deliver on specific action plans to address any problems and maximise opportunities
· Forecast and track key account metrics and maintain monthly activity reports, updates, etc. for management review
· Establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels with our Malta based operators
· 3+ years’ experience in the gaming industry
· Experience of managing clients effectively
· Proven team management capabilities
· Sound commercial awareness and knowledge of business development
· Ability to generate results in a complex commercial environment
