Country Lead – Germany

Casumo continues to grow, and the marketing team, headquartered in Malta, is looking for a creative and business driven Country Lead with the main focus on Germany. This is a key position within Casumo that reports to the Chief Marketing Officer. Country Lead for Germany will assume full responsibility of overviewing and developing our core market, collecting, interpreting and reacting on all the available insights, dedicate themselves to taking care of our brand based on locality and make sure Casumo finds its place in German gaming landscape.

The main responsibility of the Country Lead is to continuously build and strengthen Casumo in Germany through various marketing activities and efforts. He or she will work closely with the Brand Lead, Media Lead and CMO to achieve set goals and objectives. The overall objective for Casumo is to become the #1 brand in the minds of the consumers in all current and future markets.

 

WHO ARE YOU?

·      A person with excellent knowledge of the German market;

·      A native German with a good level of the English language;

·      A person with track of record in marketing & sales;

·      Excellent in communication and presentation skills;

·      Hands-on with a complete understanding of local market, together with a decision-making; ability and knowledge of marketing research processes;

·      Business oriented and focused on delivering results

·      Passionate, driven and humble

·      Enjoy working in a multicultural environment;

·      A strong influencer and able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders;

·      University Degree educated, preferably with a major in Marketing

·      3-5 years of experience in marketing & sales and a proven track record

 

THE POSITION INCLUDES RESPONSIBILITIES SUCH AS:

·      Analyze and follow up market movements, trends, competition and regulatory situation

·      Optimize and implement the marketing strategy for the German market

·      Drive all marketing activities in the German market together with internal stakeholders and external partners

·      Follow up and analyze all marketing activities ensuring a healthy ROI and continuous optimization

·      Ensure that the products and offering are attractive for the German market and in line with the local culture and demand

·      Track and develop brand and marketing KPI:s

·      Build strong relationships with business partners and media partners

·      Ensure that the brand and values are communicated consistently

·      Define and address new marketing and sales opportunities in the German market
