Customer Care Officer – Malta

Responsibilities:

The Customer Care officer is a member of the Customer Care team and will be responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times, welcoming and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face‐to‐face and on the phone.

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in secretarial role (experience in financial services & / or having a secretarial diploma or similar are considered an asset.)
·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
·         Excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
·         Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented manner
·         Team player.
·         Experience in financial services will be considered an asset.
·         Must be fluent in English and Maltese
