Customer Communication Coordinator

Job Purpose:    Due to rapid business expansion, we are seeking a Customer Communication Coordinator to maintain all of our brands, as well assisting with taking our business to the next level.

Part of a team responsible for planning and executing campaign plans for all our brands across all our media channels, working closely with all stakeholders and departments. You will also be responsible to coordinate and make sure that all communication is sent out and delivered on time and according to brief. You are expected to take the operative responsibility of our email and SMS marketing systems.


Reporting to:          Customer Communication Manager

Based:                    Sliema, Malta


What would I be responsible for?

Responsibilities with this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Coordination 80%

Operative responsibility for our email and SMS marketing systems; Emarsys and Globalmouth
Effective management of brief requests into production and delivery by coordinating efficient processes and flows between various departments
Ensure that all newsletters/SMS are created for all brands and sent out on time and according to brief to the right customer segments
Ensure that the content of newsletters/SMS adheres to the highest standards
Exercise independent judgment during planning and execution phases under limited supervision
Channel information internally (inform stakeholders/support about campaign launches)
Support 20%

Provide support to stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for queries regarding our email and SMS marketing systems
Assist in various content related tasks

What experience and skills do I need to be considered for the role?

Fluent in English
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task
General IT-knowledge: Internet, browsers, MS Office, etc.
Detail oriented approach to ensuring our communication is sent out according to brief
Highly organized, creative, and a reliable team player
Ability to work on own initiative, with limited or no supervision , with tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines for large, multi-phase projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively interact on all levels within a client organization, including the executive team
