Customer Service Manager (after sales)
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their customer care team.
As Customer Service Manager you will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and your duty is to ensure that customer’s needs are being met and handled in the utmost professional way throughout the organisation. You will be responsible for a team of people in different departments mainly; customer care, after sales department, administrators and other teams throughout the industry.
Some of your day to day duties would be to oversee and organise departments while co-ordinating their workflow. You will review the repair documentation and ensure that information is updated accordingly. Providing relevant documentation and issuing quotes for customers, liaising with foreign suppliers when required and overseeing consultations to completion.
Other duties would be ensuring delivery dates are being adhered to, ordering of tools as per purchase orders raised per different sections, Ordering of spare parts requested for clients’ repairs; follow up on orders, organising the spare parts once received together with their respective repair for processing, carrying out quality checking processes on all repaired pieces and custom-made items, Invoicing of all repairs in the system accurately, keeping an up-to date with the Brands’ official customer service pricelist and guidelines and ensuring these are adhered to and communicated to the team and within the companies POS.
To successfully be considered for this role you must ideally have 5+ years experience in the retail industry/customer service at an executive level, a University degree in management, an excellent command of English and Italian both written and verbal and must have exceptional administrative skills.
