Key Responsibilities

·         Act as a point of contact for all customers that focus on Nest hardware, software and services.

·         Maintains ownership of cases through final resolution.

·         Nest support policies.

·         Troubleshooting.

·         Effectively communicates with team members and customers.

·         Working with internal systems and documenting each call via a client ticket system.

Essential Requirements

·         Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and Verbal).

·         At least 6 months experience in a  busy call centre environment and/ or high volume retail customer service.

·         Be tech savvy with a keen interest in consumer based electronics.

·         Critical  thinker with  exceptional time management and prioritising skills.

·         Ability to work changing shift pattern and weekends.

·         Immediately available.
