Front Office Administrator

Here at Konnekt, we are looking for a Front Office Administrator to join our ever growing team. This role is critical for us, as you will interact with our customers more than anyone else in the organisation. You are also the glue of the organisation making our 40+ team members work better by coordinating and being on top of things.

You will be responsible for:

– Greeting candidates and clients alike
– Supporting recruiters by scheduling interviews and external meetings
– Replying to or redirecting queries in a timely manner
– Providing general administrative support
– Ensuring the kitchen is well stocked and that the offices are kept tidy

 
Experience:

– At least one year in an administrative environment

 
Skills:

– Fluency in both English and Maltese
– A team player
– Excellent communication
– Passionate
–  Ability to think fast on your feet

 

The selected person will, like us, think that this role is important. We believe that the right person will make a meaningful contribution in helping us achieve our vision. We are  very flexible when it comes to working hours and will considering both part time and full time applicants.
