German speaking Affiliate Manager – Malta

London/ Malta/ Remote

• Motivating existing affiliates to optimize performance and renegotiating deals as well as identification and recruitment of new affiliates
• Working with graphic designers to create banners, images and other marketing materials
• Regularly reviewing affiliate sites and marketing practices, insuring compliance with policies
• Assistance in creation of the new promotion/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks via newsletters and other affiliate communications; making recommendations and proposals.
• Optimizing all aspects of our affiliate program through established and new networks
• Assistance in implementation of the initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI
• Building and developing the affiliate relations, communication and recruitment
• Communicating effectively with affiliates via email and telephone, answering inquiries about our affiliate program and best practices
• Performing daily/weekly/monthly planning and reporting
• Analysing and optimizing affiliate offerings on an individual and general basis
• Tracking and analysing metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program(s)
• Executing strategic plans with respect to client media budget
• Collaborating with the product team with regard to advancing the product usability and overall demand for this product
• Managing resolutions to client escalations /tickets
• Managing client billing processes including invoicing and payment.

Must have:
• Previous experience in affiliation
• Fluent in German both spoken and written
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to build and develop the affiliate relations, communication and recruitment
• Good communication skills to be able to cooperate effectively with different departments
Good to have:
• Previous experience in online gaming
• Previous experience with Income Access
• Affinity with our products
• Marketing degree or related
