German Speaking Customer Support Agent

Our client is looking to expand their German Customer Support team. Within the i-Gaming sector there are endless avenues and career paths you can take and this opportunity to become a Customer Support with one of the largest I-gaming companies.

Duties:
– Representing the company as the first point of contact for the clients customers
– Ability to meet targets and deadlines
– Ability to work within a team and have an honest and valuable input towards the team structure
– Must show excellent communication skills within the German and English languages
– Flexibility with working flexible hours (weekends and evening shifts)
– Have the ability to show first class customer experience to all customers

Skills required:
– Experienced in high volume customer service skills
– Experience in writing and communication to customers correspondence
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task
– Must be confident in the German language and have exceptional written and oral skills within the English language
– Customer service/call centre experience is essential
– Experience in high volume customer care is preferred but not essential
– Proficient in MS office and general internet understandings
– An understanding of I-Gaming is preferred but not essential
– Self motivated and results orientated is essential
