HR Manager in Sweden

Be the driving force behind the company’s HR Strategy formulation and execution.
Formulate and implement HR best practices, policies and procedures.
Work extensively with Talent acquisition and Employer branding. Including e.g.
* Recruitment and recruitment strategies.
* HR Marketing
* Collaboration with schools and universities.
* Gender equality.
Drive company initiatives within in various areas including:
* Personnel development (both experts and leaders)
* Performance management
* Compensation and Benefits models.
* Employee surveys including execution and follow up.
Continuously work with our company culture and how to implement our values into our everyday life.
Day to day HR operations for a staff of approximately 50 employees, meaning you will be the focal   point for all HR related matters.
Assist managers with performance management, organisation structure & design, workforce planning, succession planning etcetera.
