We frequently organise educational clinics for our sector so you will need to be an astute individual, who can anticipate market needs and is a keen problem solver.
You will need to be an independent individual: you enjoy taking ownership of your responsibilities and you are results driven. Professional success motivates you and you want to be recognised as a leader in your sector.
This is a new project for us and we need you to help us re-shape the IT recruitment scene locally. You will have all the necessary tools to make this a success, if you want to. If you have an excellent command of English language, 2 – 3 years’ experience in IT recruitment and a pro-active, future focused attitude, then we should talk.
When Nicholls Moisa started, all our Director had was a phone and a laptop – 3 years on, it developed into one of Malta’s most successful recruitment businesses for finance& legal and one of the few, if not the only one in the sector, doing retained work. And we want to do the same with IT – we see a gap in the market and together, we can not only fill that gap, but service clients in a way that they haven’t experienced before.
