We are looking for a great IT Engineer to join our Internal IT team here at ComeOn! You will be the go-to person for 1st and 2nd line support in the Malta office who also develops and maintains the technical operation platform. You will report to the Head of IT & liaise with other team members in both London & Stockholm.
Your daily decisions & actions should be driven by a “customer first” focus when supporting onsite staff members. Being a long term thinker, you will look out for ways to improve the platform & work in a more effective way!

Excellent communication skills are needed in order to:
– educate and inspire the team with formal or informal tech talks
– co-operates with all departments when working on projects
– liaise with external suppliers & 3rd party operators
You hold multi-year knowledge within any or more of the following areas:
– Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Services
– Windows and MacOS desktop
– Linux (Debian/Ubuntu)
– Desktop automation
You have some knowledge about commonly used products and services:
– Hardware Troubleshooting
– Atlassian software stack
– Google Apps, Office including 365
– Antivirus and antimalware
– Wired and Wireless networking
