Junior Affiliate Manager

Job Purpose:
Thee role is a supporting function for the wider affiliate team. You will take responsibility for affiliate acquisition and retention (including some analysis and reporting), maintenance of the creative library, competitor analysis and conference organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but not limited to, the following:

 

Affiliate Management – 50%

Source, evaluate, recruit and approve new affiliate partners
Reactivate old affiliates and also target inactive players through specific affiliate campaigns
Maintain relationships with affiliates and other partners as well as motivating partners to improve campaign performance
Be the “go to” Rep on CasinoMeister / AskGamblers for all player queries, promotional updates etc. for CherryCasino
Responsibility of the designated support email for Affiliates
Answer Affiliate queries and provide consistent support and optimisation assistance

 

Content and Creative – 40%

Coordinate the creation and delivery of design and translations required
Creative conception and execution of all affiliate marketing collateral
Work closely with the Design Team to brief in creative concepts for campaigns and promotions
Manage System Media Library
Ensure that all brand creatives remain up to date
Upload and remove creative
Assist managing onsite content and affiliate marcomms – promotions visibility and adding information including game content and blog

 
Competitor Analysis – 5%

Conduct regular competitor analysis
Analyse what our competitors are doing in terms of marketing collateral, welcome offers and promotions
New Industry trends and promotional concepts.

 
Business events – 5%

Assist the Senior Affiliate Manager, in organising:
Exhibition Stand build / design
Sourcing promotional material
Travel / hotel arrangements

 

Knowledge/skills /experience:
• Sound understanding of the iGaming industry
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Superior negotiating and influencing skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Basic HTML experience desirable

 
Person specification:
• Fluent in English (fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish or German would be an asset but not essential)
• Excellent written communication skills with a flair for the creative
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Metrics driven with exceptional analytical skills
• Motivated team player
• Self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Optimist and loves a challenge

 
Performance Measures:
• Achievement of quarterly and annual goals and objectives as agreed with your manager
• Achievement of Company financial targets – Revenue & Contribution/EBIT
• Proven demonstration and promotion of company culture and values
