Junior Reporting Analyst – Malta

The Junior Reporting Analyst plays a key role within the Operations Department. This role requires you to meet and exceed the reporting requirements of the Company’s Departments by analyzing data and returning relevant information to facilitate business decision-making.

Primary Role and Responsibilities


Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports on the Company’s performance pertaining to various areas of business including but not limited to Senior Management, Sales and Marketing and Support;
Extract data from various data sources, including databases and data systems, for reporting and analysis purposes;
Provide insights to departments on the trends, values and attributes that emerge from the reports compiled;
Maintain reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the varying departments and teams to all levels of leadership;
Provide the company with timely and accurate ad-hoc reports and analysis;
Keep up to date with current business model and processes of the company;
Ensure a high quality/accuracy/standard of work and service throughout;
Contribute actively to internal meetings as requested;
Attend to additional requests by your manager as required and perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.


Degree level education preferred;
Knowledge of SQL and an understanding of relational database principles would be advantageous;
ECDL qualification and/or demonstrable literacy in MS office applications, particularly Excel and/or other data management software;
Well-developed report writing and presentation skills;
A strong business acumen, able to see the bigger picture from the data generated and consult relevant teams accordingly;
Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently coupled with an ability to work systematically and accurately in a fast-paced environment;
Analytical in nature, possessing inductive and deductive problem solving skills;
Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in the English language;
Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
