Norwegian speaking Customer Service agent needed for a fantastic iGaming career opportunity in Sunny Malta! The role is a great opportunity to embark on a career within an industry that promotes a fun, casual but hard working team/office environment.

The role:

– To provide a high level of quality customer service via your native language and on occasion English as well. This communication is through a variety of channels such as; emails, phone calls and live chats.
– To provide guidance for customers regarding the website and online products that we offer.
– To escalate and liaise with other departments for issues such as payment and security related issues.
– To support other departments on an ad hoc basis with translation and localisation duties for various marketing materials; web content, newsletters etc…

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills in English and a native level with Norwegian (both spoken and written)
– Strong computer skills and ideally experience within a similar office based customer service position.
– Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing.
– Eager to develop and learn.
– Willing to work evenings and weekends on shift basis.
