Online Casino Manager
Our Product department is growing and we are looking for a new casino guru to join our team.
Being a Casino Manager at Cherry is a very dynamic role and you will work closely with several departments such as; CRM, Affiliates, Head of Brands, B2B partners and of course the product department.
As a Casino Manager you will maintain and establish new relationships with key internal functions and external suppliers.
You will also ensure that we offer the best possible gaming experience, both in terms of games offered to our customers but also creating successful campaigns to enhance the overall experience further.
The Casino Manager will be highly involved in the day-to-day operations but also in the commercial aspects.
Different markets and different customer segments prefer different games so game positioning across all brands, across all devices will be a piece of cake for you.
This is a key role to ensure all tasks are, coordinated accordingly between different departments, executed in a timely manner, and to guarantee that the best possible outcome is achieved.

What would I be responsible for?
STRATEGIC PILLARS MEASURES (10%)
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that maximizes Casino player profitability through effective marketing campaigns and techniques
Regularly conduct and publish market intelligence and competitive analysis in order to identify areas of opportunity, change and improvement. Implement new commercial opportunities for the Casino product based on findings
Collection and generation of new product ideas, enhancements to existing products, collating requests from both internal and external requestors, as well as users and the Casino community
Be an advocate for user experience and promoter of user experience-driven and player journey focused work throughout team and the whole company
Creation of product requirements and specifications for complex products, features and tools, using classic specifications as well as more agile discovery in sprints
Documentation: business cases, opportunity assessment, scope document, PRD, dependency checklist
Discovery: prototyping, specification-writing, user testing
OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES (65%)
Analyze and keep abreast of industry developments and their effects on the company’s competitive position and distribution channels
Analyze player/country patterns to create tailored campaigns to specific segmentation (player acquisition, retention, VIP retention, country targeted campaigns etc.)
Work closely with other operation teams in order to create possible user experience and enhance the company’s competitive position across different markets
Assist the affiliate team for both acquisitions of new affiliates and setting up KPIs to optimize results
Assist in casino affiliate related tasks, affiliates campaign planning and overall affiliate related marketing
Create targets for building the business using company wide KPI’s
Responsibility for each Casino product/features, tool and experience to deliver against the Casino product and business strategy.
Responsible the Casino portfolio management, by regularly analyse games’ performance, managing under performing games and overall game positioning across all devices as well as actively support the games and supplier selection process.
Come up with creative and efficient casino campaigns to boost revenues and overall player experience
Contribution to the overall Product Management strategy of Casino
Working in collaboration with Business Intelligence to design bespoke customer compensation activities, outside of the usual promotional activities to maximize customer loyalty and value.
Development and ownership of the road map of your area, including prioritization and negotiation of launch time frames with project management and development teams
Development, monitoring and improving KPIs of your product and features. Monitoring of product and feature performance and quality, optimization or instant problem solving
Enhancing the company’s business activities by maintaining and updating relevant working practices, including the performance of assigned tasks in an operative and efficient manner
Report to senior management on a regular basis (including detailed reports on weekly results, specific vertical analysis/summary of the week, comparing results to forecasts / P&L’s etc.)
Daily communication with various departments to ensure operation is running smoothly
Ensure that relevant communication such as upcoming game releases, campaigns and more is being shared with various departments
Communicate with Head of Product to ensure the casino product offering is satisfactory
Selection and maintenance of external relations with vendors required for product development
Build successful relationships throughout the company across all functions and jurisdictions
Establish strong working relationships with key internal functions and external suppliers
Previous experience in a similar online casino manager role of minimum 2 years
Strong Online Casino background, with experience of dealing with, various game suppliers, including the commercial aspects
Excellent knowledge of Casino games (Maths models, content and game types)
High professional integrity and maturity
