We are looking  for hands on Payments and Fraud Operations Manager whose main duties will include managing and assisting our team of Payments and Fraud Administrators with all day to day operations. Working closely with Head of Payments, Customer Support and other departments to improve and optimize existing systems and procedures.




·       Work with the CRM & VIP team to manage VIP players

·       Assisting the Head of department with bringing on board new payment mechanisms

·       Carrying out checks on player accounts and deposits

·       Reviewing and approving client payouts

·       Reporting on fraud and payment client behavior

·       Managing and monitoring payment fraud and risk, including chargeback management

·       Input into changes to existing policy and/or new policies and procedure


Team management


·       Manage, lead and conduct appraisals of Payments and Fraud team members

·       Planning work schedules

·       Training new employees and organizing additional training for team members

·       Recruitment of new staff members

·       Development of team members




·       Compiling monthly payments and fraud reports

·       Conducting regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness

·       Supervising transaction reconciliations and monitoring payments conversion rates




·       Solid experience in online gaming, specifically in Payments and Fraud

·       A genuine interest and understanding of online gambling verticals and ability to demonstrate an intimate understanding of the players payments and fraud behaviour.

·       Experience of planning and executing payments and fraud procedures, and compliance requirements is a big plus

·       Good knowledge of payments and risk systems

·       Experience in managing a team of agents

·       Analytic proficiency and ability to report accurately to the business

·       Creative problem solving skills and a passion for building great products


Person specification


·       Fluent in English (fluency in Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish would be an asset but not essential)

·       Excellent written communication skills with a flair for the creative

·       Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
