Payroll Administrator

Our client, a leading firm in the aircraft industry is looking for a Payroll administrator to expand their operations.

Main Responsibilities:

Able to meet strict deadlines;

Keeping employees record files up to date and organised by inputting  data in a timely and accurate  manner;

Update any changes which may apply to payroll processes;

Review and ensure accuracy of timesheets;

Issue monthly payslips and provide relevant information to employees;

Engage in payroll processes by following procedures;

Maintain records of employees and ensure that any changes made are done regular and in an accurate manner.

Requirements:

2 year experience working in payroll processes is a must;

Strong knowledge of utilized payroll software;

Able to remain calm under pressure and keeping up with deadlines;

Maintaining privacy;

Have attention to detail.
