Performance Marketing Manager – Malta

Job Description


·         Create and drive the brand growth plans through focused, data-driven, and ROI based user acquisition strategies

·         Manage acquisition marketing budgets across products and generate performance reports of defined key metrics across channels

·         Act as the key team member in the planning and execution of campaigns

·         Deliver innovative creative executions utilising in house design resources

·         Identify, test and evaluate new marketing channels and tactics

·         Use analytical and modelling skills to understand channel economics and optimize marketing activities

·         Build and maintain a strong relationship with relevant affiliate partners, advertising networks and publishers

·         Implement tracking techniques and handle ad operations

·         Manage business analytics to track and analyze data and conduct testing of new user acquisition channels


Skills and Attributes


·         Business oriented, number driven and focused on delivering results

·         Extensive experience in designing performance marketing campaigns that target specific KPIs

·         Proven track record of at least 2 years in performance marketing roles

·         Excellent understanding of programmatic systems, affiliate systems and ad-creation tools

·         Experience and interest in driving both strategic planning as well as operations

·         Genuine passion for online marketing and up to date with new and emerging technology developments

·         Experienced in managing external partner relationships

·         Good understanding of SEO, mobile channel and social media

·         University degree in Marketing, IT, Statistics or related discipline is a strong plus

·         Knowledge of the German market specifics, Google Analytics, NetRefer and Clicktale preferred
