Personal Assistant to the CEO

This vacancy calls for a PA to provide full administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer as well as manage any administrative and operational tasks required on a day to day basis for the smooth running of the office.

You will be:

– Efficiently supporting the Chief Executive Office as required on administrative tasks
– Organising and maintaining diaries
– Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
– Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
– Compiling meeting records and action plans
– Liaising with staff, clients, suppliers and other external parties
Education and Experience:

– Preferably a Tertiary level of education
– Previous experience in a similar role at senior level
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Possess a flexible approach with exceptional multi-tasking abilities
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Good organisational and time management skills
– Ability to work on your own initiative
– Practice high ethical standards
