Private Clients Executive
About the role:
This role is an essential to the department and requires a candidate with previous experience within a corporate environment.
· Responsible for initial sales support and introductions
· Manage multiple tasks in administration, marketing and sales
· Keep informed with relevant legislation and practice
· Develop a good working relationship with key clients
· Demonstrate great intuitive skills required to further existing client relationships
· Assist in developing a more streamlined transfer process to make it more efficient and profitable
· Ensure appropriate quality service and compliance for all matters in accordance with agreed standard policies.
· Candidates should be ambitious team players, highly motivated and have the desire to be part of a dynamic working environment
· Excellent English skills is a must whilst having Italian is an asset
· Accuracy is essential as well as the ability to work in a client facing role, fielding phone calls and managing client appointments
