Our client has openings for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to support the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include office administration, call-taking, reception duties, filing and basic book-keeping as well as general assistance to the professional members of the team. The selected candidate would also involved in client relations and in supporting a portfolio of local and foreign clients.

Applicants should be fluent in English and Maltese and should ideally possess an MCAST certification or higher qualification. Candidates should be proficient in the use of MS Office and should possibly have a working knowledge of accounting and of accounting packages. The right candidate should be highly organised and should demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative.

Previous experience in a financial services or legal environment is an asset.
