Roster and Operations Executive

We are looking for a mature and highly motivated individual to join our team.  The ideal person would be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and enjoy working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.  Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Managing the rostering computer system to optimise resources
Monitoring and maintaining the rostering system to ensure maximum coverage of shifts
Ensuring the organisation is operating efficiently and maximising resources
Maintaining updated records of vacation and sick leave of employees
Contacting employees to advise rosters and reliever duties
Maintaining contact with clients as the need arises
Organising and filing any paper work
Any other duties that may arise during the day-to-day operations
