Senior Client Advisor – Malta

Reporting to the Managing Director, and a daily functioning reporting line to the Client Director, the Senior Client Advisor will be a key appointment and will contribute to the future growth of the business by being able to deliver a first-class client experience from a centralized location. Technically proficient with excellent communication skills, you must be able to quickly develop and build valued relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the business.

Operational integrity is a pre-requisite for the long term health of the business and therefore the ability to operate within a clearly defined process structure is important, aligned with an understanding of due diligence processes and risk mitigation. A strong work and team ethic and the ability to address multiple tasks in a short time frame and to strict deadlines is required, as is a good understanding of the market for residence and citizenship services.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Deliver a qualitative and timely response to client inquiries and regular update of the database
Ownership and management of a client case file through to a successful outcome
Adoption of trusted advisor status for clients and stakeholders
Undertake detailed investigatory work to establish the veracity of information
Interface with key stakeholders to support the acquisition of clients and the management of case files
To work as part of a team in delivering a diligent and timely service that will require an element of flexibility to address other tasks outside of your core role as and when they arise
Secure new clients through referral
Occasional travel may be required
Essential Skills
A driven and solutions orientated individual with excellent communication skills
Previous experience of the market in which we operate and our client demographic
An ability to demonstrate previous success and positive influence
A positive solutions-oriented attitude complemented with a high level of integrity, to facilitate the business in a compliant manner
Language skills in Mandarin, Russian or Arabic
Career ambition and the potential to grow and progress within the company
IT literate with an understanding of CRM and database management
