Swedish Customer Service
Our client based in Malta is looking for Swedish Speaking Customer Service Agents to join their international team:
– Providing support for the Swedish market through different channels: phone, email and live chat
– Working closely with other departments
– Providing the right information to the customers
– Solving problems
– Ensuring that all the needs of the customers are covered with a high level of quality.
– Previous experience within the field of customer service ideally within Call Center environments.
– Ability to work under pressure
– Good communication skills: native level of Swedish, fluent level of English.
– Flexible with working hours.
