Swedish speaking Client Relationship Executive
We are a leading online gaming group currently expanding our gaming operation in London and Malta. In line with the company’s strategic direction, we are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Executive to join our highly motivated and experienced team in Malta.

· Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level
· Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience
· Proactively contact elapsed customers in order to reactivate them
· Contacting via emails and phone VIP players on a regular basis with the intention of keeping excellent relationships
· Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer calls, emails and chats
· Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
Experience & Qualifications Required:
· Need to have at least one years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact centre environment with high call volume
· Knowledge of MS Applications
· Ideally will have working experience in the gaming industry
Key Skills and Attributes:
· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
· High level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with difficult customers
· Shows initiative, suggesting ways to improve the customer experience
· A proven team player with a ‘can do’ attitude

· Will be required to work shifts
