- Resolving customer issues: answer any and all queries players contact us about, leave them happy, entertained and always wanting to come back for more.
- Finding creative solutions that satisfy a customer’s needs and being their champion within the business… it’s all in a day’s work!
How will you do it?
- As a part of a team aiming for the same goals, you will need to demonstrate an innovative and fresh approach to customer communication and crucially the ability to use it in order to show our customers why Twin is where they should play.
- The ability to take on feedback, react quickly to changing situations and a master at addressing individual customer’s needs.
