What will you do?
- Assist our customers and answer their questions via email and live chat, with the occasional phone call
- Use a variety of tools and systems in order to resolve customer issues
- Work with your team to achieve our common goals and keep our customers happy
- Perform verification checks and in some cases process payments
- Once in awhile provide translations or help out with other tasks
- Previous experience from a customer-facing position
- Experience from the igaming industry is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and a good command of professional English
- Customer-oriented and service-minded
