Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day support and service requests related to our various gaming platforms and integrations (created using PHP, Python and JavaScript)
Track, follow up and resolve issues/ bugs with third parties and developers
Maintain and improve processes and tools required to get the job done
Be the first line of contact when it comes to anything technical

Technical Skills:
Must have a background in system administration or technical support
Solid experience working in a similar position
Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Graphite, Grafana and LogStash
Excellent technical support and documentation skills
Understanding of scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python etc.)
Experience using the Atlassian stack is useful but not essential
Personal Specifications:
Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on own initiative, within a team and with cross-functional technical and business teams
Team player who is capable of contributing at all technical levels as part of a dedicated project team, as well as independently
Driven with a strong sense of ownership – follow through on every detail
Fast learner and can adapt to rapid change
Confident in communicating technical concepts to business people
Education / Qualifications:
Computer Science Degree or vendor certificate would be considered an asset
