Turkish Senior Marketing Manager in Malta

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering the success of our brand in the Turkish marketplace. This person will:

· Provide feedback to product development and service offers and participates in their development; collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in our markets
· Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
· Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization



· Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing
· Create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies
· Execute online marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, social media, company websites, affiliates, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness and CRM/drip marketing initiatives.
· Drive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels
· Internal reporting and other duties as assigned


· Create effective and persuasive positioning and messaging
· Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance
· Leverages behavioral interest profiling to drive new customer acquisition and revenue


· Responsible for all aspects of marketing projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures
· Manage creative production of online marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development, from the initial concept to finished product and execution


· Understand the products and services offering and approach of the main competitors and provides input to senior leadership


· Five years of professional marketing experience of which three plus years of experience in iGaming
· Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
· Prior experience working with iGaming agents, agencies and affiliates
· Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website and online communications
· Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably
· Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time –to deliver results on time and under budget
· Experienced with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Web Analytics and affiliate software
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
· Willing to travel
· Based in Malta office
