User Acquisition Marketing Manager


Our client is looking for a User Acquisition Marketing Manager for its Paris office. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior User Acquisition Marketing Manager and helping to drive players to our stable of games by harnessing insightful data.
You’ll be well-versed in many forms of acquisition and the tools and networks that come with the job. Due to the ever-growing number of games and projects, you’ll be able to keep a cool, calculated head while managing several unique projects.

What you will do:

· Design, manage and implement acquisition marketing campaigns for the European market in the following fields: search & display advertising, affiliate marketing, social media marketing, native ads, programmatic advertising
· Analyze and report acquisition performance
· Optimize advertising campaigns to reach set goals
· Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with partners
· Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to the Senior Acquisition Manager


· Three years of qualifying work experience in user acquisition
· Deep knowledge and interest in advertising networks, PC and/or mobile user acquisition, affiliate marketing, SEM, SMM, data analysis and statistics, viral marketing, native ads, programmatic advertising, online gaming, and European markets (Germany, France, UK, Poland, Czech Republic)
· Ability to make critical design and technical recommendations
· Microsoft Excel expert
· Advanced knowledge of UA interface (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Power Editor, DSP, AdServer, etc.)
· Upper Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency
· Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
· Excellent organizational and self-organizational skills
· Self-motivated with a high level of agile creativity
· Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus


· Online strategy games, MMO and free-to-play publishing
· Market Researcher and Consumer/Market Insight Analyst
· Marketing Analyst
· Digital marketing


· Google AdWords expertise
· Experience working in digital agencies or eCommerce websites
· Experience working in video game company
· Proficiency in additional European languages
