In this role, you will be responsible to create and execute a VIP management strategy and build long term relationships with top tier customers for their three brands.
- As the VIP Manager it is crucial that you continue building and maintaining world-class quality and communicate to the customers.
- You will wear the leadership crown and use your creative style to effectively create a VIP strategy for their customers.
- You will monitor individual customers’ as well as the whole segment’s performance and act to maximize the results through your people and also your own efforts.
- Work closely with business partners to acquire new VIP players, coordinate conversions, work on retentions and also reactivation campaigns.
- Manage the VIP team and support them to maximise value from VIPs
- Act as a role model in building strong relationships with customers and ensure that best service to our VIP players is provided.
- Interpret and address player’s behaviours interests and dislikes and present suggestions to these.
- Plan and host events to entertain our players.
- We see you as being service oriented and understand how our business works and understand organizational systems.
- Have the capacity to detect crucial social networks and understand changing dynamics and power relationships.
- Experience within the industry is of paramount importance – ideally 2-3 years within VIP Management would be ideal.
